1. Payment
- Our transactions are done through credit card or money order, but if clients wish to pay after they've received the photo, they can do so by calling our representative(Tel:82-2-724-6404, Mail:newsbankimage@chosun.com) and speak with them.

2. Photo Price
- When large quantities of photos are purchased under a short amount of time, we offer discounts. Please contact our representative for more information.
- There is an additional fee for air photos of GEOPIS.
- In the event that a photo is purchased for personal possession, it can only be sent in paper form or in a frame, instead of a file form.
- Our creative photos have their own fixed price chart that is irrelevant to the price chart of our editorial photos.

3. Portrait rights
- The photo user must respect the portrait rights of the photo, its trademark rights and patent rights. In the event that these rights are violated all responsibilities go to the photo user.s
